Florida Venture Partners, LLC identifies safe and lucrative Florida investment opportunities and supports the foreign investor in acquisition, finance and investment management. With our well established network in the development, banking, management, and construction fields in Florida, we have access to a large inventory of investment opportunities not currently on the open market. As savvy business facilitators with business and legal experience in both Europe and the U.S. and language fluency in Czech, Slovak, Russian, Polish, Spanish and German, we have a proven record of safely and comfortably navigating the flow of investment funds from Europe into Florida.

Supporting the acquisition of the investment is but the initial phase of our services. We then establish and maintain essential support services, such as legal, accounting and management to protect and nurture the ongoing investment. June, 2009 Update:

Florida Venture Partners currently represents clients from Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Norway, Spain, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Austria.  Most of our clients are between 30-40 years old and own or run successful companies in their home countries.  Among our clients are past and current tennis and hockey players, golfers and other athletes.

Our clients have purchased in Southwest Florida over the last six months:

• two residential properties in the two million dollar price range
• more than 15 additional residential properties in the $300k-$500k price range
• an assisted living facility in $500,000 price range
• we have set-up and represent 20+ Florida investment companies

Several of our clients have offers outstanding or are actively looking for projects: $1M - $15M range

One of our clients is organizing a fund to acquire residential and commercial properties in the Sarasota area or to purchase the debt instruments from the lenders.  Additionally, we are in discussions with ten European-based companies about facilitation of their entry to the US Market via Florida and commencement of their operations.
